Purple to lavender in colour and one of the most common crystals, formed in large clusters and can be found in many countries such as USA, Britain, Canada, Russia and more. Can be quite expensive and if heat treated will turn to a yellow citrine colour. Amethyst works as a natural tranquilizer and helps balance emotions. It also has so many other attributes, certainly worth looking into further.
