Aventurine is a variety of microcrystalline quartz, found in a range of colours from peach, greens , brown, oranges and blue. It is quite opaque and I think looks the best in green and orange. Again it is a common stone available from Italy, Brazil, India and China. Used in healing as with most crystals and reinforces leadership qualities and decisiveness.
