All items are shipped out on our standard 2-3 day delivery unless specified otherwise. The various options are detailed below:

If you require any package to be sent via Recorded Delivery please be aware that a further charge of £1.00 will be added to your order.

Returns
We believe that you will be delighted with your product but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible and these terms do not affect your statutory rights. We will try to attend to all returns as soon as practically possible.
Unwanted Items
Our policy is to ensure that you are satisfied every time you place an Order with ninawagner.com. If you are unhappy with an item when you receive it or if you simply change your mind please return it to us within 30 days, together with the delivery note and original packaging. We will then refund you the price you paid for that item (excluding P&P).
We will make the refund directly to your PayPal account within 30 days, once we have satisfactorily inspected the returned item and confirmed that it has been returned to us in its original condition. Certain products are excluded from this returns policy, including earrings, and any other item which has been specifically made to order. These items cannot be returned for a refund unless faulty.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Faulty Items
We try to select and package the Products as well as possible to ensure they arrive in good condition. However, if an item arrives damaged or with defects, or is not what you Ordered, we shall exchange it with a suitable replacement (subject to availability) or provide a full refund. Please note that we will only accept liability for any faulty goods if we have been notified within 48 hours and the item is returned to us at the postal address below, within 30 days of delivery.
In these circumstances we will also pay you the cost of the return postage providing proof of posting is obtained from your Post Office.
